Nebahat Erpolat teams up with award winning and internationally renowned Sound Artist Ros Bandt, to expose our inherent desires for human connection, explores themes of isolation and alienation in our modern world.
Nebahat whilst living and working as an artist in Istanbul and Berlin conceived urban Rupture. Her own personal experiences of living in different cultures and cities began her research to investigate the ‘self’ in relationship to the body’s inner & outer landscape and physical environment.
This work invites the audience to contemplate what happens when we are no longer able to make sense of our world around us and how does this shift our needs and desires for human connection?
